We partner directly with hospital leadership to deliver stable, accountable medical oversight that supports admissions, reduces operational friction, and aligns with regulatory requirements.
Our Story
Optimus Care Physician Services was founded by physicians who recognized a critical gap in inpatient behavioral health care—the need for consistent, on-site medical leadership that understands both medical complexity and the realities of behavioral health treatment environments.

Behavioral health, detox, and substance use treatment facilities care for patients with significant medical needs, yet too often must rely on fragmented or off-site medical coverage. Our founders saw firsthand how this disconnect can lead to delayed care, unnecessary hospital transfers, increased risk, and operational strain for facilities.

In response, Optimus Care was built to deliver physician-led, hospital-based primary care and medical oversight fully integrated within inpatient behavioral health settings. We partner closely with hospital leadership and clinical teams to provide reliable coverage, clear medical decision-making, and documentation aligned with regulatory standards.

​I am a board-certified family medicine physician with deep experience at the intersection of clinical medicine, systems design, and operational leadership. I founded Optimus Care Physician Services to help hospital systems deliver reliable, high-quality primary care coverage in psychiatric and behavioral health settings—without the inefficiencies, staffing instability, or communication gaps that too often strain these programs.

My approach is practical and collaborative. I understand how hospitals actually function—clinically, financially, and operationally—and I work closely with leadership teams to build provider coverage models that are scalable, compliant, and aligned with patient safety and throughput goals. I am known for being highly responsive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a strong ability to translate clinical realities into systems administrators can trust.
